Cancellation by Customer

  • Free cancellation anytime before the service begins
  • No cancellation fees or penalties
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days

Cancellation by Cleaner

  • If the cleaner cancels before service, you receive a full refund and are re-matched with another cleaner
  • If the cleaner does not show up, a full refund is processed automatically

After Service Complaints

  • Contact support@sweepselect.com within 24 hours of service completion
  • We will work with you and the cleaner to resolve the issue
  • Partial or full refund may be issued at SweepSelect's discretion

How Refunds Work

  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-7 business days
  • The service fee may be refunded depending on the circumstances
